Scope

This privacy policy applies to StreamerForge-operated websites and documentation pages, including product-related docs and setup pages for current and future StreamerForge products (for example Velora Bot, Kroma, and related tooling).

What We Process

Depending on the product and page you use, we may process technical request data (for example IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp, requested URL), documentation preferences (for example language or UI settings), and support communication data you provide to us.

For product integrations, processing can include account or integration metadata needed to provide requested features (for example identifiers, auth/session metadata, and event payload context required by connected workflows).

If a product runs locally (for example local bot/tooling integrations), operational data may remain primarily in your local environment. Hosted service components may process only the data required to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot those components.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process data to provide requested services and product functionality, secure our systems, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Where GDPR applies, processing is typically based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (service delivery), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in security and operations), and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Hosting and Processors

StreamerForge websites and documentation are operated on managed hosting infrastructure. Depending on the feature used, trusted infrastructure providers (for example CDN/security providers) may process technical delivery or security data on our behalf.

Retention

We retain data only for as long as required for service operation, security, support, legal obligations, and incident handling. Local product data remains under your control where products are designed to run locally.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. To exercise your rights, contact legal@streamerforge.net.
